How do we pay for our stay?
You can pay for your stay:

- by ANCV Connect.
- by check: to be sent within 8 days following your reservation directly to the campsite.
What do the prices include?
Our prices include access to the swimming pool, consumption of water, gas, electricity (except on pitches), equipment necessary for the number of people in chalets and mobile homes, 1 vehicle per pitch.
Are babies included in the accommodation capacity?
Yes, babies are included in the accommodation's capacity. The number of people indicated by the rental property must not be exceeded, for safety and insurance reasons.
How much are the application fees?
An application fee is required. The application fee is €5 up to €90.00 and €10.00 above.
Cancellation of stay
In the event of cancellation of a stay before arrival, interruption of a stay or postponed arrival, whatever the cause, illness, accident or unforeseen event, the tenant will be required to pay the balance of the reservation and no refund will be granted.
On the other hand, if you subscribe to the Cancellation Guarantee, you are guaranteed:
Reimbursement of amounts paid, excluding administration fees and Cancellation Guarantee.
Pro rata reimbursement of the planned rental, excluding administration fees, cancellation guarantee and cleaning fees, if you have to leave the rented accommodation before the planned expiry date.
The guarantee is exercised if the impediment concerns the customer, his spouse, the persons designated on the rental contract, his ascendants or descendants or those of his spouse, and is caused by one of the following causes only:
Death, illness not known at the time of booking the stay or an accident occurring after this booking;
Death that may occur to the client's brothers, sisters, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law.
An administrative, judicial, military or jury summons.
The impediment justified by a dismissal, a transfer of the client or his spouse or by the bankruptcy of the company of which the client is the manager.
The guarantee, in the event of illness or accident, must, to be effective, be justified by a medical prescription dated less than one month before the arrival date.
Any cancellation MUST be notified in writing to the insurance company.
Are pets allowed?
We accept pets on our pitches, for a daily fee per pet (check with the campsite for details). They are prohibited anywhere around the pools, restrooms, and food outlets.
First and second category dogs are prohibited.
Animals must be kept on a leash and their up-to-date vaccination record may be requested at any time.
We limit access to 1 animal per location.
Do you have baby kits?
We offer baby kits for rent, subject to availability, including a high chair, crib, and bathtub. Contact the campsite to reserve one!
Are swim shorts allowed?
In the swimming pool, wearing swimming trunks is compulsory.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are PROHIBITED in the swimming pool: long clothing, shorts / briefs / wetsuits / skirts / Bermuda shorts / fully covering swimsuits, anti-UV T-shirts, etc.
UV protection t-shirts are ONLY permitted for children under 8 years old.
Infants must wear diapers specially designed for swimming, to comply with hygiene standards.
Do we need to provide a deposit?
Accommodation Deposit:
A check or cash deposit of €150 will be required upon arrival at the campsite. In the event of damage (breakage, missing items, or deterioration), we will retain the funds to repair the rental property.
Final Cleaning:
Accommodation must be left clean upon your departure (floors cleaned, dishes washed, duvets put away, bins emptied, cupboards clean, kitchens and shower rooms/toilets cleaned).
NB: If you notice any anomalies in the condition of your rental upon arrival, you must immediately notify the campsite reception, who will be able to do everything possible to correct the situation as quickly as possible. Without this, no complaints will be considered at the end of your stay.
If the accommodation is not returned clean at the end of your stay, we will charge the fees detailed below to restore your rental to a clean condition.
The rates of the deposit.

How much is the cleaning fee?
If you want to enjoy your vacation right down to the last minute, book your final cleaning service for the end of your stay. This package is priced below.
-The cleaning rate is €40
- The Housekeeping Package rate €80 Mandatory with animal.
NB: This service does not exempt you from returning the accommodation in a minimum state of cleanliness (no food waste, rubbish or products are tolerated).
What are the arrival and departure times for the rentals?
Rentals are available from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Departures are between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Pitches are available from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and must be vacated by noon.
Is there WIFI at your campsite?
At our campsite, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the campsite, even inside your accommodation at the bar/restaurant.
Do you accept holiday vouchers?
We accept Connect holiday vouchers when booking on our website and the paper holiday voucher version upon arrival.
Is it possible to change my reservation?
Yes of course, any changes are possible depending on availability.
Is it possible to book 2 mobile homes side by side?
Simply leave a comment on the reservation and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

How big is a pitch?
The number of people is 6 maximum per location.
Is it possible to put a baby bed in the room with the double bed?
No, that's not possible. There isn't enough space.
Can I bring my personal television into the mobile home?
To avoid any overload problems, any additional electrical equipment must be validated before arrival with the campsite manager.
Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?
One parking space is provided per accommodation. No additional vehicles are allowed on the site without prior agreement from the campsite.
Are visitors allowed?
Daily visitors are allowed at a rate of €2/day and must check in at reception. They are not allowed access to the pool for insurance reasons.
Can I charge my electric vehicle by plugging it into an electrical outlet in my mobile home?
Following several serious accidents caused by the illegal charging of electric vehicles on campsite sockets, we remind you that our accommodation and pitches are not suitable for charging an electric or hybrid vehicle.
This can:
- Cause damage to the vehicle,
- Cause serious accidents in the mobile home (explosion, fire, short circuits),
- Cause significant damage to the campsite's electrical network
Our insurance does not cover any damage caused by the loading of a vehicle.
The entire loss is the sole and complete responsibility of the vehicle owner.
For these reasons and for your safety , it is strictly forbidden to recharge the battery of an electric or hybrid vehicle by plugging into the electrical outlet of accommodation or a location.
In the event of an infraction, we will charge and debit your bank card for an amount of €100.
