How do we pay for our stay?

- By check: to be sent directly to the campsite within 8 days of your booking.
What do the prices include?
Our prices include access to the swimming pool, water, gas, and electricity consumption (except on pitches), equipment necessary for the number of people in chalets and mobile homes, and 1 vehicle per pitch.
Do babies count towards the accommodation capacity?
Yes, babies are included in the accommodation's capacity. The number of people indicated in the rental must not be exceeded, for safety and insurance reasons.
What is the amount of the application fee?
A processing fee will apply. The processing fee is €5 up to €90.00 and €10.00 above that.
Cancellation of stay
In the event of cancellation of stay before arrival, interruption of stay or postponed arrival and whatever the cause, illness, accident or unforeseen event, the tenant will be required to pay the balance of the reservation and no refund will be given.
However, if you purchase Cancellation Insurance, you are guaranteed:
Reimbursement of sums paid, excluding processing fees and Cancellation Guarantee.
A pro rata temporary refund of the planned rental, excluding processing fees, cancellation guarantee and cleaning fees, if you have to leave the rented accommodation before the planned expiry date.
The guarantee applies if the impediment concerns the client, their spouse, the persons designated on the rental agreement, their ascendants or descendants or those of their spouse, and is caused by one of the following causes only:
- Death, an illness not known at the time of booking the stay, or an accident occurring after this booking;
- The death may occur to the client's brothers, sisters, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law.
- An administrative, judicial, military summons or a summons to serve as a juror in an assize court.
- The impediment is justified by a dismissal, a transfer of the client or their spouse, or by the bankruptcy of the company of which the client is the manager.
The guarantee, in case of illness or accident, must, in order to be effective, be justified by a medical prescription dated less than one month before the date of arrival.
Any cancellation MUST be notified in writing to the insurance company.
Are pets allowed?
We accept pets on the pitches, subject to a daily fee per pet (please inquire at the campsite). They are prohibited everywhere around the swimming pools, sanitary facilities, and food outlets.
- Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.
- Animals must be kept on a leash and their up-to-date vaccination record may be requested at any time.
- We limit access to 1 animal per pitch.
Pets are not allowed in the mobile home.
We love animals and know they are part of the family. However, following several complicated experiences and in order to preserve the cleanliness and comfort of our accommodations, we can no longer accommodate animals in our mobile homes.
This decision was not easy to make, but it allows us to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, in the best possible conditions.
Do you have baby kits available?
We offer baby kits for rent, subject to availability, including a high chair, a cot, and a baby bath. Contact the campsite to reserve one!
Are swim shorts allowed?
In the swimming pool, wearing swim briefs is mandatory.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are PROHIBITED in the swimming pool: long clothing, shorts / boxer shorts / wetsuits / skirts / Bermuda shorts / fully covering swimsuits, UV-protective t-shirts…
UV-protective t-shirts are permitted ONLY for children under 8 years old.
Young children must wear swim diapers specifically designed for swimming, in order to comply with hygiene standards.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
Accommodation deposit:
A check or cash payment of €150 will be required upon your arrival at the campsite. In case of damage (breakage, missing items, deterioration), we will retain the funds to repair the rental.
Final Cleaning:
Accommodation must be left clean upon your departure (floors cleaned, dishes washed, duvets put away, bins emptied, cupboards clean, kitchens and shower/toilet rooms cleaned).
Note: If you notice any issues with the condition of your rental upon arrival, you must immediately notify the campsite reception, who will do everything possible to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Otherwise, no claim can be considered at the end of your stay.
If the accommodation is not left clean at the end of your stay, we will charge the fees detailed below to restore your rental to a clean condition.
Mandatory cleaning fee for groups.
For group stays (from two accommodations), the end-of-stay cleaning fee is mandatory.
This ensures the cleanliness of the accommodations for everyone. Price: €40 per accommodation
Security deposit rates.
Deposit €150 by check or cash. (110€ + 40€)
What is the cost of the cleaning fee?
If you wish to enjoy your holiday to the very last second, book your final cleaning service for the end of your stay. This service is charged as follows.
- Cleaning fee: €40
NB: This service does not exempt you from returning the accommodation in a minimum state of cleanliness (no food waste, rubbish and products are tolerated).
What are the arrival and departure times for the rentals?
- Rental accommodations are available from 4pm to 7pm.
- Departures take place between 8am and 10am.
- The pitches are available from 12pm to 7pm and must be vacated before 12pm.
Is there WIFI in your campsite?
In our campsite, we offer 1 free Wi-Fi connection throughout the campsite, even inside your accommodation at the bar/restaurant.
Do you accept holiday vouchers?
We accept Chèques vacances Connect when booking on our website and the paper version of Chèques vacances upon your arrival.
Is it possible to change my reservation?
Yes of course, any change is possible depending on availability.
Is it possible to book 2 mobile homes side by side?
Simply leave a comment on the reservation and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Are you experiencing a problem on site?
Our goal is to give you the holiday of your dreams. Our priority is to provide you with the best service.
So please do not hesitate to inform us by coming to the campsite reception.
What is the size of a location?
The maximum number of people allowed per location is 6.
Is it possible to put a baby cot in the room with the double bed?
No, that's not possible. There isn't enough space.
Can I bring my own television into the mobile home?
To avoid any overload problems, any additional electrical equipment brought in must be validated before arrival with the campsite manager.
Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?
One parking space is provided per accommodation. No additional vehicles are permitted on the pitch without prior agreement from the campsite.
Are visitors allowed?
Day visitors are permitted at a rate of €2/day and must check in at reception. They do not have access to the swimming pool for insurance reasons.
Can I recharge my electric vehicle by plugging it into an electrical outlet in my mobile home?
Following several serious accidents caused by the illegal charging of electric vehicles on campsite sockets, we remind you that our accommodations and pitches are not suitable for charging an electric or hybrid vehicle.
This can:
- To cause damage to the vehicle,
- To cause serious accidents in the mobile home (explosion, fire, short circuits),
- To cause significant damage to the campsite's electrical network
Our insurance policies do not cover any damage that originates from the load of a vehicle.
The entire cost of the damage is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the vehicle owner.
For these reasons and for your safety , it is strictly forbidden to recharge the battery of an electric or hybrid vehicle by plugging into the electrical outlet of an accommodation or pitch.
In case of an infraction, we will charge and debit €100 from your bank card.
